• Nursery: Minimum age of 3 years as on 30/09/2018
• Grade-1 : Minimum age of 5.8 years as on 30/09/2018

• Birth Certificate (in original) issued by Competent Authority.
• Caste Certificate (for reserve category)
• Medical Fitness Certificate of child from registered Medical Practitioner.
• Two Recent Passport Size Photographs.
• Xerox of Result and Original Leaving Certificate of Last School.
• Xerox of Aadhar Card.
